Our expertise and product sourcing gives you the

Vista Systems specializes in products in the glazing
area that are not commonly found in the local
market. Owner
and general manager, Claudio Reck has been involved
in the glazing industry since 1989. He has ample experience in the sunroom-skylight market, has
done numerous installations of bullet resistant
glass, has done glass replacement work in airport
control towers and has been actively involved in the
research to supply window products that meet Dade
County requirements.
We operate as factory representatives and are
able to offer a big variety of products not normally
found when you deal only with one factory.
Also, our installations are done with Hilti
screws and Dow
Corning sealants, products that surpass
local standards for glass and aluminum
installations.
2.
What to expect when you give us a call?
When you call us Wanda Rivera, our Sales and Marketing Director will take
some basic information and direct you to one of our
Design Consultants.
Once we determine that we are able to supply
a product that will meet your requirements an
appointment will be set to view the site and verify
dimensions. Our Design Consultant will visit you at a pre-arranged time
to measure and survey the area for the installation. He will provide you with all the information, show you photos
of similar jobs, samples, literature and give you a
full background of our company, products and his own
experience.
You will receive a written quote within 5 days on
most jobs with complete detail of the work we are
proposing, including system specifications, delivery
time and terms.
If you decide to proceed with the work we
will verify all dimensions, prepare shop drawings
(on most jobs) and order materials.
You will be advised of an estimated delivery
time. Once
the materials arrive in Puerto Rico you will be
contacted to arrange a delivery and installation
date. Prior
to installation your Design Consultant will send the
installer who will be in charge of the installation
to verify site conditions and special requirements
that may exist.
Installation will proceed shortly thereafter
with most jobs finished in less than a week.
3.
How we define service?
Superior service is our goal. From
the moment you contact us you will notice a
difference. Our
installers have many years of experience working in
luxury homes. Our
customer’s property is protected.
The job-site is kept clean.
Arrangements are made to remove boxing
materials, demolition materials and excess
materials. Your
Design Consultant and our Resource Manager, Mario
Torres, will be in touch with you during the
installation to manage all the details.
Prior to finishing the installation you will
be notified so we can arrange a “pre-final”
inspection.
4.
Our approach to warranty
Once the installation is finished you will be given a final certificate,
which begins the warranty period.
The Design Consultant or the General Manager
will inspect the installation to verify that company
standards have been met.
If you should notice anything requiring
service a work-order is filled out as soon as you
call the company.
Most service calls are performed within 3
days of the date of the call. If it is an emergency we will do everything possible to send
a technician the same day.
Our involvement with our customers does not
stop when the job is completed.
We love to be in touch with our customers for
